REVIEW
 Bufexama is a benzeneacetamide used as an anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic agent on the skin. It is thought to act by inhibiting the enzyme cyclooxygenase, making it a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. Bufexamac was also identified as a specific inhibitor of class IIB histone deacetylases (HDAC6 and HDAC10), which may contribute to its clinical efficacy.
